Elf Studio Line Brushes

If you read my previous post, you should have known how crazy am i for makeup brushes. I wanted to get more and keep trying new ones. A month ago, I bought 3 Elf brushes which are 2 Elf Studio Powder Brushes and Elf Professional Blending Brush.

I really love the Powder brush a lot. Even though the name of brush is powder brush but it is also good for blending liquid foundation and also good for mineral makeup user. I don't use mineral makeup myself but i can tell from applying powder using that brush, it is more even and smoother. Not to mention that it is super soft as silk. This is softest brush i ever touch. Before purchasing this brush, i heard a lot people keep on raving on it, and I can't resist to get 2 of it.

As for the blending brush, it is small and soft, it great to blend out the harsh line of the eyeshadow. Since it is small, it can fit perfectly in the crease.

A few weeks ago, i bought myself 2 nice eyeshadow palettes that i really love. This will be it :

The picture above showing one of it, but i will update as soon as i upload to my laptop the other colour. Well this eyeshadow is damn pigmented and i love the colours, all dark colours. Not mentioning the packaging of the palettes really incredibly cute haha. Let me show you the swatches of it

from the left : silver, greenish blue, dirty gold, dark copper, purple, black

Bottom line, this colours more to night wear rather than day cuz it is pretty dark unless you might need some time to blend it really well to pull out the look for the day.

Ocean Blue

Blue never will be my favorite colour but i still love to stare and the blue ocean and blue sky. It is very calming to stare at it. Thats why it inspire me to do blue eyeshadow look. HOnestly i dont like to wear bright colour eyeshadow, i only use 3 colours normally which are brown, black and bronze which is something natural. So this is the outcome of it :

I used 3 blue colours on this eyeshadow,

silver blue which is in the inner corner of the eyes,
medium blue in the crease and
darkest blue in the outer corner of the eyes
and black on the outer corner of the eyes to give some dramatic look

I also line the bottom line with silver blue and darkest blue to give more colour to the eyes so it don't look si dull. I also did a cat eye kinda look with the flick...Please ignore my eyebrow, i overplucked it lol...

p.s : since this is a very dramatic look, so i will never wear this makeup out or else people will think i am crazy...!

My attachment is super boring compared to others, they had the chance to do some paper works where else my job is to do research and that’s all. I wake up and 8.00 and go to work 8.30 then lunch time at 12.30 then back to work at 2pm and leave at 5.30. Basically i didn’t work at all cuz i all i do is spend time in the library reading books and cases sort of research for my master.

The firm where i work is not that big nor small ( compared to other firm in tawau ). It consists of 4 lawyers, and one chambering student that happened to be my ex-schoolmate. She just grad from UK, since she took foundation for a year, so she graduate a year earlier than me. Luckily she is there to talk to me or else i gonna talk to myself. Everyone in the office all busy working, and sometimes even have no time to go out for lunch because need to rush the deadline. Everytime i came to the office, they still working, and when i leave they still working. They make me feel that they are working there 24/7. One of the friendly staff told me that’s what working life about, working non-stop.

I admit i kinda shy, so i dont really know how to social with people, so it makes me kinda lonely. But dont get me wrong, everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful, but its just i dont know what to do with myself in the office. So since all the room in the office is occupied so my master have to stationed me in the library. The library is the biggest room in the office and the air-cond always so cold. It just make me feel sleepy all the time, honestly i took nap a few times in the library.

I dont know what to write in the report, cuz i keep doing the same routine every day. *sigh*

DIY: Eyeshadow Palette

I get this idea from Koren’s video. He such a great makeup guru. I have been watching this video for a long time but haven’t get the idea to do it but finally i did it. My version of CD case eyeshadow a but different from Koren’s version. In Koren video, he is using magnet card to ensure the eyeshadow stick to it but the problem is its slides all around the place ! Therefore i use glue to glued them. The glue i’m using is the “hot gun” type of glued. It is more semi permanent because you can detach it easily.

Complete version of my eyeshadow palette

Oh ya before i forgot, i want to share my brushes that i bought last month. It was the popular loew cornell brushes that i been looking for so long ! It was said to be comparable with Mac 139 and Mac 152 brushes. I bought it at 1U, and believe it or not this is actually painting brushes not makeup brushes, but it was soft and stiff because it made from natural goat hair.

Wangsa Maju Stabbing

If you do read some of newspaper, you sure will come across with this news. A 26 years old promoter was stabbed to death in Wangsa Maju. The crime scene happened behind lister old flat and it happened after 1 weeks lister move to his new place at Prima Setapak Condo.

That is the flat that lister used to stay, and he stays at 3rd floor. His balcony facing directly to the car park. Lister told me that he walk passing this car park almost everyday to go across to the bus station. GOSH! That is so scary. Well, i never been here at night but lister said that this place is dark cuz all the street light are not working.

""Ng, from Ipoh, was believed to be walking towards a restaurant when he was approached by two men on a motorcycle.

The killers were believed to have then pointed a knife at him and demanded his wallet and mobile phone.

Ng tried to escape and they attacked him, stabbing him on the left side of his body. They rode off, as Ng fell down, bleeding.

It was learnt that Ng staggered to the restaurant, where a shocked patron contacted the police and called for an ambulance.

“He just stood there holding his abdomen, and was on the phone with someone,” said a restaurant worker who only wanted to be known as Ajai. “He did not shout or ask for help. He just stood at the corner of this restaurant and then sat down.”

Ng was taken to the emergency unit of Kuala Lumpur Hospital where he died about 12.30am yesterday""

The confused part is that he didnt call for help when he got stabbed. I dont really know the real reason. The other confused part is that just a few meters away there is the mamak store that open until really late night, i just couldn't believe that no one saw it happened. The incident happened at 9.30pm and it just still early. Lister's ex roommate said that maybe the reason nobody willing to help when they saw the victim struggle with culprits is that they dont want to be busy body and they thought it could be a gang fight so they will like to stay away from it. What happened to people nowadays, you dont need to fight with them, just shouts really loud and call the police and ambulance really helps a lot!

Lister's ex roommates also said that Ng actually wearing a sling bag, and in order to take the sling bag off his shoulder, the culprit stab right into his kidney. The cause of death probally be excessive bleeding.

For this reason i want to share some tips on how you can safe yourself when you come across with such situation.

If threatened by an attacker with a knife you must consider whether or not to fight( if you are unarmed, it is wise to choose not to fight ).

If escape is just a little distance away you may want to throw leaves, dirt or rocks into the attacker's face and kick his knee or groin (scary but might work). You might want to wrap your jacket around your arm and try to use that to temporarily fend him off as you yell for help "Help! Call the Police". It may also be best may be to throw or toss your wallet or purse or bag to the attacker's knife hand as you run away. They are more interested with the money than you. After that run as fast you could to crowded places and call for help. Do not try to fight with them, the faster they get your money, the less they will trying to hurt you. Remember nothing is more important than your own safety.

I hope you learn something from this. Please remember safety always come first, and always be cautions no matter where you are when especially you are alone.

Melaka Trip

It was fun going to melaka with lister. Ok lets talk about the hotels, we stayed there 2 nights at a different hotel because the Puri Hotel (1st hotel) was fully booked so we need to stay at Baba House. I really prefer Puri Hotel a lot better except for the shower head which is your normal house shower head. Both Puri and Baba are located at Jonker Street and they are just next door.

I will suggest you to stay at Puri Hotel if you prefer a reasonble price for a nice scene and a nice buffet breakfast. It cost around RM138 per night at Puri and RM127 at Baba House. But let me tell you that Baba House dont have breakfast buffet! They only let you choose between friend mee or toast LOL. So choose wisely.

Below are the scenery outsidePuri Hotel Cafe, you will feel so relax eating here with waterfall and fishes.

Love the buffet a lot. When we arrive at the hotel, we straight go out to Dataran Pahlawan but the problem is both of us dont know how so we take taxi from Jonker Street to Dataran Pahlawan. Damn, he charge us RM9 and Dataran Pahlawan just in walking distance lol. Taxi there dont use meter haih.

You will know which bag i bought soon. Dataran Pahlawan is so small and not much shop around but its quite decent place to walk around. After Dataran Pahlawan we walk back to the hotel. On the way we visited the ship. Nothing there anyway, not many ppl there.

Nothing much on the first day, at night just go to Jonker Street. Not many people yet on friday. Next day after move to Baba House, i just cant believe the sink located outside not inside the toilet. It was a nice sink but on the wrong place. However the shower head is big and the water pressure at Baba House was so strong.

So on the next day walk around Jonker Street again and walk to Christ Church Melaka then to A'Famosa and St.Paul.

Now the is the food from Melaka. Since i only stay 2 nights and 3 days, i dont really go around melaka to find the best piece of food there. I even miss the satay celup at Bukit Cina. But Jonker Street food at night is still satisfied my taste buds. We went there 2 nights straight lol. Honestly you can't really eat all the food there in one night, well not for me. So for dinner we just had chicken rice ball, and then for super, the whole food at junker street is waiting.

We basically tried everything, bubble tea which is common to durian cendol and bbq sotong. It taster super delicious. I'm lovin it.

Alister is so obbsessed with Chicken Rice Ball until we have it for dinner for 2 days. Well cant blame him, it is really nice. I enjoy the food and places in Melaka, oh ya sure i will come back cuz the foods there keep haunting me...

Yes Brushes~

Finally the brushes that i order from www.coastalscents.com finally arrive last friday. I been waiting for so long for that brushes. They such a beautiful babies. I love them... So this is what i order :

From the top : Pink Deluxe Oval Shadow Brush, Pink Oval Fluff Shadow Brush, Black Sable Shadow and Tapered Crease Eye Brush (Comparable to MAC 226)

I super love ♥ the bruses a lot, the brushes are soft and do pick up the eye shadow really well. The tapered crease brush are kinda round and short and it fit right in the crease area which is good for deposit some darker for your outer corner of the eye. I'm sure gonna get more brushes from coastal scents. The 4 brushes cost Rm45 inlucding postage. So its really worth it for brushes like this.

The brush that i will like to review on is the stippling brush or the duo-fibre brush. I never own a stippling brush before so this will be my first. Its actually my valentine's present lol. Oh ya i picked what i want for my valentine. I dont like silly surprises, with flowers or chocolates or teddy bear. I'm not a little girl who hold their teddy bear to sleep, and flowers died in few days, and chocolate makes me fat and breakout. How come nobody came out with an idea instead bouquet of flower/teddy bear, they should come bouquet of brushes. haha silly me. The last time lister got me roses which i dont know why suddenly he show up in front of my door with bouquet of roses. What happened to it ? It just vanish into thin air. The big teddy bear he got me, just sucking all the dust in my room.

So back to brush hehe:

Its makes my foundation looks like a tinted moisturizer. Oh ya the brown part should be white, i used it yesterday. The black bristle is goat hair and the white one is synthetic bristle. So when applying it, the goat hair give a density and the synthetic bristle wont absorb the foundation. Its did a great job for a RM50 brush. But the con is that the white bristle is not long enough as the mac 187. :(

I just get this brush to try out and see how its likes, and too my surprises, it did really well. So next for my birthday, i'm gonna get the MAC 187 duo fibre brush. Oh ya that brush is so popular and it came with a price too for RM200. So thanks you first honey... hehe, i promise i will be a good gurl...

Valentine's Day with Brad Pitt ?

lol i wish, me and lister watch The curious case of Benjamin Button stars Brad Pitt at Pavillion on Valentine's day. It was a great movie about a person born in his eighties and get old backwards, which mean he will die as a baby. Its a kinda touching story thought it takes 2 hours and 45 minutes, and if you havent watch yet, you better should. I thought its gonna be another silly movie until i watch the trailer 2 days ago. The best part is i was late lol, lister waiting for me like hmmm 2 hours for me at pavillion. I woke up late, sorry honey. As soon as i get out the lift, i saw him haha, i guess he keep staring at the lift. And yes we miss 30 minutes of the movie. In pavillion i saw many couple wearing couple t-shirt, like polo t-shirt, i found its hilirious

its totally the same shirts, just one smaller and one bigger. Well not one but i saw 3 of the people wearing the same couple shirt, and yes it is polo.

So after movie, is dinner time, lister wanna eat Wendy's burger for dinner. Hey, i dont want to have burgers on valentine's so i choose to eat at BarBQ Plaza at times square. Its is just like steamboat. I saw it long time ago and i wanted to try it. These picture explain everything :

Review : Revlon & Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

Revlon Colorstay Foundation

I have wanted to do a review on the revlon colorstay liquid foundation but i dont know what keep pushing me away from doing it, oh ya that will be L.A.Z.Y. . First of all, i have been notice the existence of this foundation since like forever in the drugstore but i just dont bother to take a loot at it. I think is the packaging is not attractive enough. Everything changed until i saw Aubrey ( http://www.youtube.com/user/fafinettex3) did a review on it and rave about it that this foundation is comparable or even better than the MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation. I tell myself i really gotta try this. I bought it straight away at Pavillion Watson, withouth noticing that actually i was buying the wrong shade, yes i did try it on my face but its still a wrong shade. I bought Early Tan which is too dark for me. That bad but i fell in love with it, and i cant stop myself for getting another on in other shade in Sand Beige, which is slightly lighter than my skin tone, i guess because, i had a yellow undertone and Sand Beige has a pinkish undertone. I still use both anyhow LOL.

Things you need to know about Revlon Colorstay Foundation :

The foundation come in dry/normal and oily/combination, so choose that suit your skin type. If you stay at KL, most drugstore sells oily/combination type only. However you still can get dry/normal type at Parkson makeup section.
It cost RM54.00
This foundation contain SPF 6.
The foundation first apply will be lighter and when it dry, it will get darker.
It has medium coverage to full coverage, so use just little
Please use makeup brush for applying liquid foundation as using fingers will mess it up because of the heat on our fingers
If you have mild dark circles or scars, you might not need any concealer when using this foundation

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

This is one of the moisturizer in Clinique 3 Steps. I didnt purchase the cleanser and toner as i read somewhere that the best product or the best seller is the moisturizer only. This moisturizer is really light, i am using gel by the way which is formulated for oily skin. The light texture actually cause the moisturizer to absord to the skin faster. I been using almost 2 months now and i can say that it does make my skin smoother but i havent see any dramatic different yet. Well ppl in the net love it so much and you can see any review anywhere saying that this is a almost perfect moisturizer. All i can say that its good, but too early to say it is perfect.

Things you need to know Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel :

It comes 2 formula, which is lotion for dry skin and gel for oily skin.
It cost RM150 for 120ml and there will be no discount most of the time :(
You can get almost everywhere from Jusco to Metrojaya and Parkson too
One big bottle can last for almost a year ( what the ppl told me )

Animal Tortured at SPCA

If you read my previous post when i took Simba to be neuter at SPCA, i never thought that calm place can be that horrible place ever. Malaysian investigation show '360 Degrees' on TV3 highlighting Kuala Lumpur City Hall's (DBKL) alleged dog bashing and cat drowning at their animal pound. Aired at 9pm on Wednesday, 4th February 2009. I didnt watch the show but when i heard about this news, my heart just stopped for a moment and my tears filled my eyes. How can a person did such a thing to man best friends ? All those innocent dogs and cats just being execute just like that. The dog is beaten to death, and the worst part is other dogs that are in line to be execute were watching and scared to death. I believed this happened after i took my Simba to SPCA. I wonder which one of the dogs in the picture that i captured were tortured to death and which cats were drowned to death.

Meanwhile, when contacted Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail said he would not condone such cruelty.

“I will talk to my officers and ask them to investigate the matter.

“And if I catch the people who had allegedly killed the cats and dog at the pound so cruelly, I will duly deal with them,’’ said an enraged Ahmad Fuad.

He said the right procedure was to euthanise stray cats and dogs intravenously as opposed to wringing or breaking their necks.

“If the pound had run out of the drugs needed for euthanasia, they should keep the dogs and feed them until the drugs arrive,’’ added Ahmad Fuad.

The only logic reason why are they doing is to cut cost having to buy the drugs and apparatus needed to euthanise these animals. I believed that this is not the first time happened, which mean many dogs and cats are being executed in this very place ! Last saturday there were a peaceful gathering at SPCA to protest this incident from happening. I just found out last night about it, if not i should have went.

The things is that animals that are captured in SPCA will be put to 'sleep' after a few years. Though it is no wrong but we still can do something about it by educated people about it and best of all adopt any dogs and cats from the shelter. The beautiful cats and dogs in the pet shop dont need you, they will still have a wonderful life without you. However the animals in the shelter do need a home. You can reduce the numbers of animal in shelter even by adopting any street dogs or cats cuz anyhow , they will be ending up at SPCA anyway.

2009 CNY Diary

Day 1

I kinda wake up quite late, around 11, then get ready to go out to Jerry's house for lunch with Lister. I admit i take quite a long time to get ready, almost 2 hours including shower, makeup , set hair and stuff. After everything done, i will contact LIster and he will pick me up, and yet he is still late. Go to Jerry's house, have lunch and talk, didnt realise the time almost 3pm then go back to LIster's place chat for a while, greet his parents and uncle and aunt. The next destination will be at Aaron's place, he showing off his baby camera with SLR which i dont know what is that. He got a cute Shih Tzu puppy which is very adorable and when he get excited, she will pee lol. But she is totally hyper active. Love that dog...

At night, i just stay at home for dinner then went out late at night to have supper at my favorite place in Da Hwa 3. That noodles is totally superb.

Day 2

Today is the most busy day in CNY, cuz i visited so many houses. First me and Lister land on Suk Mei's house and this is my first time going there. There i meet all my ex-classmate, and some friends which i know. Its great to meet all friends again and see how they being up to. MOst of them final year already and going to grad soon. Next we went to Pang Fui Mee's place, i know her but not really close to her, but she my schoolmate, there i just chat with my friends about our life at uni. Next stop will be Lee Kuan Lian's place, where we had a picture session. I dont have the picture with me now. NExt we went to Shim's place then finally to Yap Mei Ting's place. I had a lot of drinks and snack from the first house to the last house . GOSH

At night, i just went to lister's place visiting him and watch tv waiting for his gamble kaki to come lol. We played many cards games and its kinda fun.

Day 3

Visited Gloria's place, we came late but we had a real fun talking. Next Edward's place, gosh that man grow a lot of muscle and he is really huge. He did go to gym for it. After that, we went to Chwe Kit's place, there we met with my ex classmate and we just talk about silly things from classmate to transexual and how the operation being done. Then we went to Edward's place again cuz other friends are going there. Next to Tan Shing Yee's house, she moved to nice house now and it already been a year but i still dont know about it.

That night, there will be a yum cha at a place call Tic Tac Toe, i drove cuz Lister going to his friend's house first. The food there sucks and the drinks too, nothing special. But the best part is that everyone were there, all my ex classmate. We have fun talking and taking picture. Around 10pm, we went to Tai's house to gamble. Of couse i'm not in, i just played cards game and jinrami haha just learn how to play that very day. We left at 1.30am.

Day 4

In the afternoon, i didnt do much, just company lister to shop for lights for his open house tonight. I suppose to go to Janet's place at 6pm but i'm late so i just fetch her, suk mei and mei ting to lister's place. That night is the peak for all nights. We just sat down in one table at lister's garden. We talk a lot about form 6 stories and funny moments during that time. Lister not here as he running around to entertain other guests and get beers. I dont want to drive home late so i go home again and ask lister to pick me up. When i reach there, we talk again then suddenly power cut, and the only light is the starts and moon, it was so romantic hehe. Then they lid the candle on every table. It was about 30 minutes and it just right. I had a great laugh at that time haha... During mid night, the gamble begin and i just sat next to lister watching him play black jack. He was so lucky, keep getting double aces and black jack...Went home at 2.30am....

Day 5

Its a very beautiful afternoon. I went to Janet's house and then we go to visit Pn.Chok, my geography teacher in form 6. She very talkative as well haha. She told us about her story in uni life where she ride motorcycle without license the whole year until she graduate. She even said she been to police station for so many times haha. I never think that she will do that kind of thing lol. After that, went to Giant to look for present for Elaine birthday that night. Janet bought eyeshadow on behalf of Chong Hen Sien. Next i drove to pick Lister up to shop for elaine's present. I bought for her lipgloss from Loreal where everyone is raving about. I hope she likes it.

At night, we went to elaine's party to have dinner and cakes and pictures !!! Lister again gamble at elaine place for fun and he was the banker. We leave at 12am, go to Da Hwa 3 again to take away supper my favorite noodles. We went to Lister's place to eat it. Leave lister home at 2am.

Day 6

I'm here writing this blog doing nothing. Lister went to Sandakan today last minutes. I'm kinda sad cuz we suppose to have plans to go out later and go yum cha with my friends tonight before go clubbing and it was all cancel...

My grandfather's brother passed away a few hours ago, i pray that Lord be with him and guide his soul to heaven. Honestly i dont remember what he look likei ts like when i was form 3 or 4, dont remember much. All i can recall is that he look like my grandfather but older. Its really sad to receive this news on chinese new year. I still remember i had a real hard time when my grandfather passed away last year during exam period, i just cant stop thinking about him. Well, life moves on but the memories will always there in my heart....

Gosh ! Finally writing this post at home in Tawau. NOthing change here, everything is the same, just the road change oh ya ya new mall opened. Its great to be home dont you think so ?

The flight kinda bumpy cuz its bad weather, the cloud like so damn thick, and the plane keep shaking. It was good weather at first but it changed to really scary and i need to hold on to Lister's hand sweating haha. I admit i kinda scared of flying even though how many times i have been flying. I just never get over it.If the plane shake a little, it gives many impact to me. I get over my nervous better by eating, cuz its the only time i am not paying attention to the plane but to the food.

There is some kids running around in the plane, yes they were running. What the mother did was sitting there taking care of the baby without trying to control the children. What kind of mother is that ?!!! I get so annoyed when i see children out of control, and honestly i dont like kids. They are so annoying to me. I cant bear the shouting and the crying, please....!

Yesterday i went to SPCA to neuter my male cat Simba. He is 2 and half years old, since he always desperate to mate and making a lot of rowling noises and he even lose weight cuz too desperate, so finally decided that he should be go through castration. There is few advantage why you should neuter your pets :

1. Control unwanted pregnancy

2. Pets will be more royal rather than keep focusing on opposite sex to mate, and this including wondering outside the house which will increase the risk of accident.

3. Pets will not mark territory, growling and making annoying sounds to attract opposite sex

While googling for clinic i found a website http://www.spca.org.my/neuter.htm . Its actually own by DBKL so it is government based little clinic specially to spay cats and dogs. The price are different between male and female, male are more cheaper. For cat, spaying male cat around RM40 and female cat around Rm60. And for dog, spaying female dog cost around RM90 and male dog around RM60. Its all depend on the weight of the animal. The heavier they are, the more expensive it will be. Simba weight around 4.6kg, so it cost RM60.

At night before the cat or dog's operation in the morning, they need to fast ( food and water) until the end of the procedure. Simba must be real hungry and thirsty, poor poor. This is to prevent for discomfort after the operation.

SPCA located at Setapak, Jalan Ayer Panas just right in front of Fire Brigate. It took me a while to find that place. This is the picture of the front office/clinic :

And i been waiting outside this door for almost an hour waiting for Simba to finish his procedure, and he is numbered 21 which means there are 20 cats being neuter before him. oh ya ! cats and dogs that brought here must be domestic breed or mix breed, and this clinic do not take pedigree cats or dogs, to encourage more people to bring their loca breed cat to neuter. While i was waiting for Simba, i just take a walk around the place, they have kennals for dogs and a small kennel for cats as well. The dogs here are all capture from the streets. This is some of the dogs :

I know all this dogs look like "pariah" dogs, or street dogs and some of you may dont like them cuz they do not look pretty like the dogs in the pet shop. Let me remind you that, those little cute puppies you saw at the pet shop are born in a place that worse than this. It called puppy mill, what they do there, they will buy a lot of female dogs and mate them with a few of male dogs, and they are place in a small cage. They are dedicated to give birth ONLY and some of them cant even walk properly because staying in the cage for almost the rest of their life. You can make a different by stop buying dogs at pet shop and start to adopt a dog in shelter. The animals there needs home more than the animals in the pet shop.

Puppy mills

Sorry out of topic a bit, hehe. They also do have cats as well. They are all stray cats but if you give them a home and best of all love, they will grow into a beautiful cats. Love do make the world goes round huh?

They also have farm animals like cows and goats too. I dont think they are for adoption.

The people told me that this cow is so special. It almost 7 years old, and SPCA have been taking care of this cow since cattle. This cow only drink orange juice before drinking any plain water. Weird huh?

I will like to do review on this movie called Outlander which i watch last week due not much of choice. Lister choose what movie to watch for the FIRST time cuz most of the time i choose it. Ok since he just came back so i let him to choose what movie to watch.

This movie just about a person from other planet crash on earth looking for a creature to kill. The creature is big, just like a dragon. The this man meets villages, which ppl in the vikings era and they work together to get this beast down. Kinda funny to see them try. So its basically about Alien v. Predator kinda movie but in vikings era. Kinda new twist of time in this movie. The movie effect is fair, and this movie very predictable....

Well, since lister is back from Dubai, so this blog is all mine now hehe. He said that since he is no where far from me, so no need blog to update me. Since i spend a lot of time changing the template for this blog so i decided to keep it. I change the lovey dovey blog to my blog now well nothing much change. Just my name on the header.

Uni is back haunt me again. Need to go to for classes and tutorial. I kinda slow kind of person. So i really depend my friends to write me tuto, thanks rachel, kelly and wee loon that help me a lot in this. I went back on first week to register on tuto all the way from KL to UKM. And to my surprise, only PIL tuto came out, so i just write it anyway eventhough it is bad time Monday 8-9am. Then the second week i went to eat dinner with rachel and wee loon , they told me that chia yan already help us sign a better time on tues if i am not mistaken. Thats just such a relieved so i dont need to rush from KL to UKM on sunday. I think i am the last person to registere elective papers, cuz i just register it yesterday at office manually, thanks for Prof Aishah being so friendly to ask me to register it at office cuz i have no idea how. Well early bird gets the worms, but second mouse get the cheese, it sounds so me.

I already move out to a better place, thanks to mei ting chat with her on right time, introduce me to her friends which have empty room. It was a great place, clean, quiet and own bathroom inside room. Housemates are friendly, hope they stay that way. Everything just went smoothly, i am so glad i dont need to talk to the bastards ex housemates, screwed them used my fork and spoons during my holiday. Just sms them that me and cai hong are moving. Simple and straight forward. Hope they never get housemates!!! I kinda cruel but you dont know what i been through living with those animals.

I've been busy these few days, I just moved into the neighbour's place next door last night, and was busy moving and unpacking some stuff, so I had no time to online. My cousin and his girlfriend has arrived in Dubai already since yesterday. Work is also getting busy, cuz the people at this bridges department are friendly and want to teach me almost everything they know. My aunt is on leave already, so she didn't go to work today, so the driver from the office came to pick me up and send me to work. Gee, time flies, I was hoping to online last night after unpacking stuff, but when I finished, it was so late already. My phone is out of credit, you know, when you reload, let's say RM50, once you key in *123*333333333333# there will be an option for you to choose which package you want: MORE TIME or MORE CREDIT. If you choose more time, you get RM50 credit but the credit will never expire. If you choose more credit, you get RM50 + RM7, but, your credit will expire in 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks ago I chose MORE CREDIT to try, so now 2 weeks are over, my credit has expired, but, I didn't know your credit will forfeit too!!!! So I lost RM40 something which I didn't use up since I reloaded. I thought if it expires, I can reload again to extend the time again. Crap...!!!

Hmmm, I don't know what is happening tonight since my cousin is here. But tomorrow, I will be going to a desert safari in the afternoon, and tomorrow is Christmas Eve.

I went to the curve today, went to a japan shop called Daiso. Basically that shop said that the items are import from Japan but technically, it was made in china. Every items in that shop cost Rm5, they have everything from makeup to kitchen ware, so almost everything. Daiso had 300 outlets all arounf the world LOL, and they have one back in KK. The concept is simple, some stuff not even more than RM5, they still will sell Rm5, so thats how they earn their money. You cant believe how many people were there, even it almost closing, GOSH! So i pick a few stuff from there of course makeup :

Wondering what I'm busy doing at the office lately? Well, let me put it in simple words, I'm undergoing training on Roads Design, which means I have to draw and design roads like roundabouts, junctions, intersections, highways, expressways, traffic lights and stuff. So that equals spending a lot of time on the computer using a software called AUTOCAD. Here are some photos of what I did today. Well, this is one part of civil engineering, cuz in civil engineering, I can choose whether I want to work at the office or at the site. Obviously, office work is boring!!! But its comfy. People around me just ignore me, so I just ignore them back. Every few hours, my aunt comes down to see me and check on me, make sure I'm alright. She is very caring, always bring me some sweets and cakes. Hmmm, its so hard to decide what to work in when I graduate. The green area which I highlighted here is where the roundabouts are. Its for a new road system to be constructed soon. Will update again soon, more to come!

Honey i thought you going to update the blog today cuz you said it last night. hmmm... Anyway my cold is getting a lot better and i stop eating the medication already. I feel so boring doing nothing at home. Anyway dear, i was surprise to find brushes on the pharmacy besides Jusco at MV. So when i browse the brushes i found a small blending brush, and the plastic is open. I try to find unopen one, then i open to try the bristle, it was so hard and it is so different from the opened one. So i just bought the open one instead haih~, there are no more left, only this 2, so i just pick the opened one together i grab with one fluff eyeshadow brush :

I went into the shop called Paris Gallery. It was a nice shop, I forgot to take pictures of it. I saw the Clinique counter and I went over and asked the sales promoter for the gel thing. And they showed me this:

After that, I looked at perfume and bought some for my uncle, aunt, and my cousin + his girlfriend.

So is that the correct thing? Its a huge bottle. I think its 250ml or something. That thing costs DHS230 or RM230. Let me know what you want to do next.

I haven't blog for quite a while. Busy with my errmmm NOTHING. I just dont feel like it ( LAZY ). I have a lot things to say so lets begin with brush. So i have compare and feel the brush. It was indeed not that soft as i thought it will. SO i give it 2.5/5. I wash it with shampoo and put conditioner and soft a little. I was SUPRISED that the bristle is totally identical with the cheap brush that i never use that i bought at HOT MARKET. The bristle is totally the same except that the ELF brushes softer a little. No surprise because both brushes from China. See below :

How is the Dubai city preparation for Christmas ? Is it pretty and colourful ? I love to see Christmas decoration, the colourful decorations the lights, it was so lovely. The malls around KL always have pretty decoration, and my favorite alwasy been The Curve. The theme of christmas always change every year and keep getting better unlike Mid Valley, keep using the same candy christmas theme. Boating trip

Hi Darling,

This was what I did on my weekend, my aunt and uncle's friend bought a new boat. The boat is about 2 months old. And they use the boat for wake boarding(water ski). At first, me and my aunt&uncle didn't know that we were gonna do some "wake boarding", we just thought just go out on a boat ride and have lunch out at sea. Until their friends told us to try "Wake Boarding". I tried to get up on the water, but I couldn't! I tried 8 times until my arms were cramping, cuz you need a lot of strength to pull... Its not as easy as it looks... But when my aunt and uncle tried, they could do it! Oh man! even old people can do it but i can't. That's my uncle riding the waves... Ahahhaa...

The club that we went to (was like yacht club) so we can put the boat into the water, was located in another emirate, or state. So we had to travel for 45 minutes by car and towing the boat.

But I had a great time anytime. The boat was cool, it had a sound system with 6 speakers inside around the boat's interior wall panel, and it was FAST! And used it for water sports. I got real sunburn. I applied sunblock 3 times and i still get this dark. The sun is real strong for a winter season. And the water is bloody cold! My aunt's friend, Sarah, she is married with her husband, Mark. So there were 5 of us in the boat. After boating the whole day, we had a BBQ dinner at Sarah & Mark's place, they have a damn HUGE dog, German Shephard, such a handsome dog...

I got my brush today yeah not brushes cuz she mistaken the other brush. She called me when i was on bed at 11am ( still my bedtime) and said she will arrive in an hour. I was rushing like crazy, no makeup just foundation and went out. Luckily i was on time, i am surprise cuz usually i am the late one. I ran all the way, yes i ran all the way to KTM with the high heels, cuz i dont want to be late for my brushes, gee i am really crazy about brushes, you gotta stop me. Do you remember the time i ran for you ? haha JK. Then i was early, i waited 15 minutes for her to arrived. I said i will be carrying a red sling bag and she said she will be carrying turquoise bag. I was like ok. The she came and approach me, she look friendly, she got a think fake lashes on, i wanted to say "your fake eyelashes really look FAKE" haha is that a compliment lol. Ok then i look at her bag, her bag is not turquoise, it is BLUE.

But some people do a review at Youtube that the blending brush sucks anyway. Maybe i should try coastal scent brushes, they said they do produce cheap good brushes. I wanna order from other person in LYN.

I also went to the mall looking for the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel with Pump but they only got lotion. Gel is for oily skin and lotion is for dry skin. But they dont have stock said that it will arrive maybe next year. I went to Mid Valley at Jusco, they said the dont know when the stock will arrive, still waiting from Singapore. Gee today i had a bad luck.

Today I went with my aunt and uncle to a hotel for lunch, which was chinese-vietnamese style, it was tasty and delicious. The hotel is called the Arabian Courtyard. After that I went to the Dubai Museum which is just opposite the 4 star hotel. Hi darling,

Its getting cooler and cooler day by day. Winter is appraoching. The coldest temperature is about 16 degrees celcius during winter in Dubai.

Well, my day didnt go according to plan. The driver at the new site picked me up at 12pm today, he supposed to pick me up at 8.30am. I went to see the Resident Engineer (the boss at the site office) and ask him to arrange transport to pick me up on time. The first question he asked me was: "I know you are doing training here, but what is your relation between your university and our company?". I said "NOthing". Then he said he's sorry and he cant arrange transport for me, and ask me to arrange my own transport or get a taxi starting tomorrow onwards.

The site is located like 35 minutes drive from the city, taking a taxi is gonna cost me a bomb for as a student! I felt so sad that he just throw me on my own like that. So I didnt have the mood to take pictures of the office and post it on the blog.

After that, I called Mr. Mohammad Jameel, the construction manager (mentioned about him earlier on the blog on my first day at work in Dubai) and told him about my problem. So just an hour ago he called me and said that he spoke to the Resident Engineer and sorted out my problem. I'm so glad there is somebody helpful to help me out like that, so tomorrow I have transport. So from here, I learned something, no matter how unimportant other people are, always try your best to help another fellow human being, young or old, rich or poor. Well, i mean do wht is in your power to help. Do good, and you will receive ten times the amount of good. (In the Bible, The Secret DVD, and many other books I read, it said something about that, I must check the bible and find out which clause it is).

Now I feel SO relieved that I don't have to spend money to travel to the site anymore. So I felt like writing this blog! Hehe... My mind feels so clear now, the skies are blue once again.

About your "DAMN hard exam", I felt exactly the same way last time I failed my maths because of the lecturer who set such ridiculously hard questions. But I'm sure you will score well darling, despite the situation.

Nice watch you go there, i cant really can tell the time by that watch. I dont do well in this exam. Our carry marks is 60% and exam only 50%. I dont like it that way. I prefer exam carry 60% that way i can enjoy myself during those normal days. You see, during normal days you work hard for project and test, and during exam you need to work hard again. Its like you been working like crazy whole the semester. Hate UKM and their shits. You know when i graduate later on, i think i will be embarassed saying i'm from UKM. New Office

I was suppose to post something, but it went into "Edit Posts" instead of appearing on the blog page.

The site office here is good. Its clean, has big toilet rooms, people dont look like criminals, and everybody doesnt have wrinkly faces, and all things inside are new, because this project just started not long ago. This site deals with road construction, drainage, sewage, utilities, and bridges. It is a highway interchange project. The client is Dubai Road & Transport Authority, something like JPJ in M'sia.

I will take pictures of it tomorrow dear. I will setup an internet connection for my laptop and upload it on the blog ASAP.

hey dear, after exam today, i went to hentian kajang with my roommates and coursemates. Just for fun, i fed up trap in the house studying. I keep remembering the last time we went to hetian kajang haha then we straight go to MV. I get BabyBlue eyeliner at Watson, it so cheap RM13, usually it cost RM20++. But the weird part is it in a tube...

I bought it cuz it is cheap and it last means it dont easily rub off. The brush is too big though, but there is when your eyeliner brush come in handy. I draw a line on my hands and the line stays for so long. Cuz i did some house chores and sweeping, mopping and it is still there. But it easier to remove with just plain water and little rub. This is so great haha.

Isnt that lovely hehe...well the more colour the better... Oh ya for bags i want really huge bags or nice cute small handbag...

I dont know what happened, i am immune to exam already. I dont even feel stress but hoping that everything will pass really fast. I dont do small notes anymore cuz i think i am too lazy and no time to do. Hmm...i wonder how it change me ? I guess the new house and the internet. I keep wanting to online but resist myself so i can concentrate on studies.

The good news is i got 3 papers to go and the bad news i got 2 papers fit in one day. How sad is that. Luckily i done some early revision. I hope IP wont be that bad cuz the lecturer should know that she dont teach that much and she shouldnt come out with hard question. I pray that the question will be easy concept about IP and not that those complicated with twisted fact. And for Islamic Banking, i couldnt think back what she had teach the whole sem. She just a bad lecturer, even for her course last sem, i also dont know what she teach. But she knows that she didnt teach much, her question is simple and straight forward but hard to get A. Just my 2 cents.

After i quarrel with the kius, he started not talk to me, what an ego person. So i pretend that he is invinsible. My roommates told me that he pee on the floor cuz the toilet stink like hell. Hey, even my cats know how to do their job in the litter box. I also start to pay attention, whenever he goes into toilet, he didnt flush, just wash his legs. What a dirty person. DAMN. The other senior said that his batch dont like him. Last time i shout at him ask him to mop the kitchen. I feel bad then i said sorry. But him, he is the worst human i ever met. Yes dear, I did look at the price.

Today I went around into 4 watch shops to hunt for pair watches. All of them look a bit dull and for old people. I spotted another set of pair watches, Burberry, slightly cheaper than Gc. Then I saw Tissot. Only Gc appeared to my taste. I also looked at Fossil Authentic which was not bad. But for pair watches, its hard to find good looking designs for young people. All the pair watches I saw were catered for the mature age group.

The most disappointing factor is that the men's one will look nice, but the ladies watch will look like crap. Well, I will look around somemore. Its not easy. I think its better if we went and look at it together.

But after these two days doing "watch-hunting". I prefer not to get pair watches, seperate is the best. I really want to find a nice set of pair watches for us darling. But its so damn hard work dear... Its putting a lot of pressure on me because I have limited time to look for it. I prefer that we look together than just myself, its easier more enjoyable and pleasureable. What do you think darling? Btw, what's the difference if I get it here or get it back in M'sia?

Couple Watches

Hi Darling,

I was looking around at couple watches (or pair watches) today at The Dubai Mall. It just opened 3 days ago and is the largest mall in the U.A.E. I found Gc Guess Collection pair watches. They are very beautiful. Its a bit heavy though. Here it is:This is the men's chronograph watch. It is HUGE, HEAVY and SHINY. It made me feel like a king when I tried it on. The background of the face of the clock is made of carbon-fiber. It is gold plated as you can see, same for the ladies' one. But there is also a non-gold plated one which is stainless steel(chrome color)instead of where it is gold.

This is the ladies' watch. It has no chronograph, the left dial tells the day of the week, and the right dial tells the date. Its much smaller and lighter compared to the men's watch. The strap is shiny black stainless steel too. The glass on bot models are made of mineral glass which is scratch-proof. The model number is GC I45502L1 for ladies and I47000G1 for men.

So what do you think darling? I need your opinion before I make my final decision.

I cant sleep last night, dont know why. Last night i was too stress haih maybe gonna read 2 subject at the same night. Usually during study week, i will feel very sleepy by 12 but i dont why this sem i cant sleep. Was it because too stress or because of the house. Talking about the house i feel so angry. The kius ( housemates ) said they got do housework and mop and sweep the floor, why i didnt see any different that the house is being clean ? Why i dont feel the different ? I was mopping the floor and sweep the floor for 2 weeks already. Hate it. The sink was so dirty and i remember i was the one cleaning it twice for 2 weeks already. SHIT man! How come a person live so dirty, they remind me of kiu ( dogs in hakka ). Keep barking always like hell day night non stop. Study week also keep barking never stop. DAMN. My patient is going the top of the roof already. They think i am maid ah, clean everything for them SHIT.

Today i told them not to leave the plates and everything on the sink and always remove there, i saw maggots OMG, so when he came back i told him not to put there, all he said that is not me that is kai ping, DAMN, i told kai ping, he said it is him. Stupid housemates...I said you never sweep the floor, i was the one sweep. HE said he got sweep during his time. SHIT , if you did sweep i wont see the floor still dirty like never sweep. Still want to shout at me said when he sweep, he dont need to show us. WTF, shout at me somemore, bullshits. GTH!

Damn them those kiu. I really feel like moving out of the hell if i got to choose but sadly no. And i need to stuck in hell for another sem. Their problem never solved always something new come up. Everyday, imagine everyday your dogs barking, if i was the owner of the dogs, i will BBQ the dogs straight away. Then i throw the BBQ meat to another dogs to eat. Hey dear, I online for a while just to read the blog. The hotel is really nice but cant see much from the picture. But i definately not going to honeymoon in middle east, i want cooler place and colder place like in the west. Not going to country same climate as malaysia or even hotter.

Remember you said you wanted to go to a nice exspensive luxury hotel for a honeymoon? :-p

Well dear, this hotel certainly has the potential. Its so so so gorgeous for a 5 star hotel. My gosh, this hotel is so posh. I couldn't believe how nice it was. The hotel's name is called "The Address". Its big and grand and has a dress code.

The reason why we were invited to the hotel is because it just opened a month ago, and my Aunt got invited for a free buffet lunch by the hotel manager. It was a business occassion cuz my Aunt works at the company where her position requires her to look at hotels and find places for employees or directors/CEOs to stay when they come to Dubai. So the hotel wants to do business with the company and invites my Aunt to have a look at the place and try to market the hotel and get more people to stay in it. Well, you should know this since your last job at Legend Hotel. So we got to see all the types of rooms, bathrooms, spa, swimming pools, night club/bar, banquet halls and all that kind of stuff. I was told that the stars of the hotel doesnt rate much on the luxury, but more on the capacity and facilities to accomodate the guests.

Well, It won't look like much in the photo up here, its a photo of the buffet hall, but it is very beautiful. The hotel manager was a nice Lebanese lady, she used to entertain many VIPs and hollywood super stars, rock bands like Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Nicholas Cage etc etc... She said they are such FREAKS. The Red Hot C.P. band use to break doors and damage stuff, and Nicholas Cage once asked for a bathtub filled of Champagne to bathe in, GEE! And a prince (i forgot where he's from) who showered only with Evian water, the hotel had to re-engineer the shower and tap water to accomodate the guest. So many stories, cuz b4 she was working in this hotel, she used to work at other hotels around the world.

The decor of the hotel is very modern and has that "WOW" effect. The rooms were outstanding and all have views of the to-be modern Dubai (which is still under construction). The bathrooms are as huge as the room itself. The hotel is located in a very posh area. It will soon have the world's first, the world's most, etc etc... The hotel is located just beside The Burj, which is going to be the world's tallest building. Its like the Maxis tower beside KLCC. One night in the cheapest room is about RM2000++ per night. My Aunt and Uncle actually said its much better than the Burj Al-Arab 7 star hotel, they said the people who designed the decor in this hotel should go to tht 7 star hotel.

My Aunt says she often gets invited like this to many hotels. Next week she is going to another one, but unfortunately i cant come cuz im working at tht time.

So, in the meantime, I will look around for more potential hotels :-p

The purple one is champange purple and the blue look alike is turqoise. Isnt it lovely hehe. I dont like to wear bright eyeshadows but i like to see them haha maybe i will try to wear them. So how is your work honey ? Stressful like my study week ? i dont think so haha...So i get 6 eyeshadows including this one, i got black, dark purple, bronze, dark brown and this two. Hi darling...

This morning I waited for the driver to pick me up, but he didnt turn up after waiting more than one hour from the time he was supposed to pick me up, so I called the driver to check. Then the driver told me that the car was having engine problems, I called the office to send another transport to pick me up, but they said they don't have any transport available, and told me that I can stay home today. Haha... Normally I am picked up at 6.15am.

Oh ya darling, sorry to give you the wrong idea, but I haven't reached the new site office yet. Its next Saturday that I will be going. What I meant by the title was that last Saturday two days ago (Cuz Friday is the weekend) was the start of another week for me. But I did show my collegues (the non-criminal ones) your photos. And yes, I was very proud to show them the photos. Why shouldn't I be proud? You're so precious to me. Then one guy is very holy muslim (he has a big beard), he said that what is my "property" (which refers to wife, children etc.) is only for me to see, and not for other people. And men cannot be in a closed room or area with any lady/girl that you're not married to. Hmmm, which explains why the muslim husbands ask their wives to cover their faces. Don't worry darling, I'm not going to ask you to do that....

So since today is an unexpected day off, I will go to church today (at 7.00pm) since there is service everyday of the week.

Before telling you what the movie all about, i wanna share with you what have i done today. I woke up at 12.30pm. Yup that is late cuz i didnt on my alarm. I will on my alarm next time. Then i study my partnership peacefully in the afternoon, my housemates were busy in their room sleeping i dont know what. Until my stomach ache strike due to the period. I hold on for a while then i cant stand it anymore i have to lie. The i keep turning and tossing cuz it hurts. Then i fell asleep. When i woke up my stomach is getting better already. When i wanna study, the dog ( housemates ) watching tv, i was like bitch, cant you see i am studying. I went inside my room. I hate them a lot and it grow day after day. I think if i do move out, i will give them a surprise, tell them really last minute. Serve them in their face.

I dont know why i cant really focus reading just now, maybe i was wanting to read fast so i can online. I dont like that feelings cuz i cant concentrate on what i read. So i have decided that i will study hard and will no online that often anymore next week. Well dear, my exam all papers carried 40% marks and 1 paper 60%. The others is carry mark. I will work harder and try to resist to online.

So dear, about the movie, it is called 10 promises to my dogs.

this movie is about a little girl found a dog in her garden and decided to keep it. Her mom pass away and all she left is her dad and the dog. So this is how she grow with the dog. You know pet story, the dog will of course die in the end. Kinda nice, i will put the youtube trailer so you get the picture of what am talking about ?

No, so far I never get bored of saying that I miss you or you saying you miss me. I love to know that you miss me, and I don't mind telling you the same. How about you? Don't you get bored of it?

I didn't have the time to online last night cuz I reached home late. Because of the stupid driver, and the damn Material Inspector. I finish at 5pm but they made me wait until 6.30pm because the driver was late and the Material Inspector has to do a bit of overtime. Plus I'm not getting paid for overtime so its very pointless to me. On top of that, he spilled diesel fuel on his feet and slippers and on his pants while filling the car up with fuel using a plastic bottle and a big fuel container. So when he came into the car, he smelled like diesel all the way back to my place. I felt so sick all the way home which took 1 half hours trip from the site office. And half way they stop at a mosque to pray, so i waited in the car for 20 minutes then continue the trip back home. Its been like this for 3 days, but I'm going to change that.

This office is so crappy like crap. I want this week to pass quickly. Cuz this office is filled with so many S.O.A.Bs. Except for a few nice people. The arab people here are so arrogant. They totally don't have much respect for you.

I'm going to have to complain to my big boss and headquarters about this. And reduce my work time cuz most of the time I have nothing to do and I'm suppose to work 42 hours a week which is 7 hours a day according to my agreement. So I must be sent home by 3pm, not 6.30pm.

Well darling, that was my hectic day yesterday. When I reached home, I felt so relieved and greatful be to in a nice cozy home filled with loving people (and cat) and peace.

You must be real busy. Well, my new office here is a bit down graded from the other place before. Its dirtier, I have no more attached toilet, the drivers are crap, I work longer hours, I share an office room with 2 other noisy men, and most of the people here look like criminals except for a few nice people. They don't joke as much as the people in the other office before I came here. But I still get a clean desk, coffee boy, cold aircon and internet.

Yea, this week flew past so quickly! I can't believe it. Well, I'm going to another site for training tomorrow. Bit sad to leave my comfy office and friends. But I'm sure I will find new friends and possibly a better offce :-p haha...

Today is my Sunday (its Friday), but I didn't go to church yet although I already found a catholic church nearby. I haven't decided when to go to church yet because there are so many different time schedules to choose from, there is church service everyday!

Well, today I went to another mall called Ibn Battuta Mall, its huge, but its only ground floor. My aunt and uncle took me there to have a look around and I bought a cordless laser mouse, it works wonders. Its a Logitech VX Nano, the receiver is so small, that's why I like it. Its as tiny as the keyboard buttons.

So we spent all day at the mall, walking around and looking at interesting stuff. After that we went a hypermarket and bought food for the week.

On the way to the mall is the Burj Al Arab (7 star hotel - RM50,000/nite, our future honeymoon spot, hehe...) and the world's tallest building The Burj, still under construction. My uncle stopped by at a nice spot so that I can take some good photos of it:

There were also two towers that resemble the Petronas Twin Towers haha.

hi dear, sorry if you are waiting for me to online last night and didnt reply your message. I'm at kl now. I went back yesterday. Yesterday i had test so i didnt sleep well last night, and i am tired yesterday so i didnt online.

Cant believe another week just gone just like that. My exam will be on the 3rd of November. So i gotta work hard now. My parliment debate was great, i l ike it and i think i did it quite well haha, we took picture but unfortunately the picture is not with me here. During test yesterday everybody cheat including me haha, cant resist it when you got chance to cheat but you didnt haha... Everybody lol. So how is your day dear ?

Turkish Coffee

Hi darling,

I tried turkish coffee this afternoon after lunch, told the office boy to make for me. It tastes like mocha-ginger-coffee mixture. Its very strong. After that I joined my superiors for lunch and took a photo with them... Well, I know my hair is messy in the photo, but its like tht cuz I have to wear my hard-hat helmet when i go out for site inspection so my hair gets out of shape and wet cuz of sweating. Everything Ok~

hi honey, everything seems to be fine today. So let me begin one by one.

1. Library book
My library book turn out to be ok. I talk to the other librarian and he is kind enough to believe that it is not my fault that the book is lost. I said sorry that i ask my friend to help me return the book. Then, he just check out the book out of my account just like that.

2. Test
The test is ok dear. let me tell you a little secret. In the end of the test i cheat by copying from book, well everyone doing the same. Even Rachel copy from the beginning of the test.

3. Presentation
Presentation is very smooth, the lecturer praise that my group did a pretty job because our question is hard. She didnt say anything on the other group anyway haha..

I am now waiting for the group discussion at 5pm. I plan to stay for an hour then left cuz i dont want to stay too late at fac.

I had the most interesting week this week. My group assignment got problem , one of my stupid editor forgot to insert rachel's part cuz she thought my part and rachel's part are combine. Now then Rachel told me, her part was not insert. Plus, our assignment neeed to upload to the lecturer's site and dateline was last sunday. So i think it will be interesting try to ask the lecturer to accept our edited version. I'm gonna ask that stupid editor to explain everything. She assume assume assume, in life never assume, when you assume, you going to be damn stupid like her.

I got test tomorrow which i think i will hard. After the test i need to check out that book that missing in the library. Then after that my group will have presentation for an hour. After that it will be a forum for my whole course, which i think can't make it, cuz it was too many group. Then at 5pm i got group meeting at my fac but i will only attend for an hour, cuz i dont want to be too late for to get home or else it gonna get dark.

i will update on how my interesting day turn out to be....

Ski Dubai

Hi Darling, forgot all about these photos which I took last Friday. My aunt took it for me infront of the famous Ski Dubai in the Mall of Emirates. But I didn't go and ski, cuz you must be able to have skiing skills before you can ski there. First timer skiiers must take skiing lessons. And its expsensive. Well, AED 1.00 = RM0.94

This mall has pretty much all the usual shops we might find in Midvalley and Pavillion. But I discovered one unusual thing, you can buy holidays as a gift for friends. The cost ranges from AED 350.00 to AED 2000.00. They have trips such as a 30 minute helicopter ride for two and unlimited drinks and bbq. Or a trip to the spa for two at a nice hotel including a full massage and some stuff, or even a day trip to an island for picnic lunch or something like that but only available in participating outlets all over United Arab Emirates. You could also buy a holiday for yourself.... haha

ok dear, i understand you always busy with stuff to do. Maybe i am think too much about book and i got tests again next week. I'm sorry for being mad honey. You know dear, i dont think i am confortable living with a lot of ppl like the one in kajang. I felt uneasy especially i need to study in the living room. I really thinking of moving out and staying alone again. But the problem is i dont know what to tell them if i move out. First they are so dirty, and they are so noisy and i dont like them walking around and i dont like sleeping on the floor. I really hate living with them. I wanna move back into zaba. I dont know how to tell my roommates if i am moving out. I think it is fine with her since last time when my other friend ask me to move in with them, she actually ok with that.

anyway dear, i watch eagle eyes today. It was not so good, maybe you are not around. I used to watch it holding you close to me. Miss you very much dear....

I'm sorry I turned you off Darling, and I have to speak my mind here.

Even though I'm missing in action, it doesn't mean that you're not important to me dear. Getting angry at me without providing any solution to the problem is not the way to get me to make the problem go away. In fact, when you get mad at me for this reason, I suddenly felt like I didn't want to online anymore because it just causes more problems. Well dear, normally I don't just sit around the laptop fulltime, my butt is not glued to the seat. I also have other things to do ok? But my laptop is on most of the time, and I will come and check for messages from time to time, I will always reply your messages darling.

I know that its irritating when suddenly im there to chat, and suddenly im not. But sometimes while im waiting for your reply, you also take so long to reply, but i do other things while waiting for your reply. Then while im doing other things, something else comes along since I have to helpful as possible over here. Sometimes i wait for your reply, and then you dont reply at all!

What I suggest is: When i dont reply (yet), just type out something to speak your mind first, and just keep typing it out until you are satisfied. Then when I come along, i will read it and reply as soon as i can. I will do the same. Its a bit like writing an email, then sending it, someone will read it when they open the mail and then reply, but at a faster pace. That's why its called INSTANT MESSAGING. You leave, receive or exchange messages instantly and dont have to refresh your inbox.

Just speak your mind too ok? I am not a child anymore. If there is a problem, I resolve it in a mature manner, I am intelligent enough to always understand your point dear.

I had a bad day today. I lost library book in the library ! well that is this new rule that book that borrowed only can be return after a day. So i want to return the book on the day itself but they dont let me. I thought they just lazy. So i told rachel, and what rachel did, she said she will help me returning it by putting the books on the counter and just walk away. Then the librarian didnt check in the book, so that book still in my account. GOSH! I just notice it today when i check my account in the UKM site, and the book still there.

I went to the library today trying to find the book but it is not there. I told the librarian and they said they will ask the librarian that incharrge that day. I pray that they will find that book.

well dear, my life is totally opposite, i got many assignments to finish and i was so busy with 2 tests next week that i need to cope with, not to mention my exam start on first week of november. Really busy, my plan was to finish all those assignments this week so i can start to revise my work next week on test and on exam too. I also have the same problem with housemates, they didnt clean the house, they are so dirty, the toilet sink and the kitchen sink is black and yet they dont bother to clean it, i need to and get my hands dirty. I feel like wanna move next semester either to zaba ( single room ) or elsewhere. I cant stand living with dirty animals. They also dont switch the light off in the toilet so i put A4 size of notice there asking them to off the lights when they are not using it, if they still like that which i think will since they are retarded, i will will talk to them personally about my idea of moving out next sem. But what i want to do to my bed sheet and table, i will bring my bedsheet along and my table, i can sell them, no problem. Besides, Zaba accept the students all the way around the clock so no problem for me. But for my stupid housemates, i think finding ppl to stay at that around will be hard cuz no students will move out or in, but i dont care much.

p.s: i hope the telephone guys will fix the phone line today as they promise, MISS YA

My New Work Life

Hi Darling,

Well, I go to work by a driver who picks me up and sends me to the site. And when work finishes, he will send me home.

I was allocated a big office room with an attached toilet (no one else has an attached toilet in the office, not even my boss, YAY!). It seemed that someone who was previously occupying that office and resigned not long ago, and that I can take over the office for a while. Here is the photo below, but I will soon get my office boy to take a picture of me in it! And that is my white hard-hat. I didn't have time to take pictures of myself in it, its like I'm not acting mature enough, its like I'm on holiday if I keep snapping pictures of myself.

I will sometimes stay in the site office until my other boss, Mr. Maen calls me to go with him and inspect drainage pipes and sewer pipes for any leakage. We are the consultants, who have to check that the contractors did their job correctly. So everybody pauses work for a while and stares at me and my boss when we arrive to check and inspect. Consultants play the dominant role in construction. And when we approach other contractor engineers, they all look a bit scared. But once I introduce myself to them that I'm a student trainee, then they suddenly have such relief look on their faces! Haha...!

Here is Mr. Maen showing me a storm drain manhole, and some pictures of the construction in the dessert. Dubai is actually a city in the dessert. Its hot and dust gets in your mouth when you breath. Its so sunny tht i had difficulty seeing, cuz its SO bright. So after work I bought a pair of sunglasses near where I live.

This is one of the villas almost completed. This site project is building over 2500 units of these houses.

That's about it for today. Oh ya, my office has a LAN cable to online, so I will bring my laptop tomorrow to online and so some stuff. And write more things on the blog. Bit disappointed that you can't online today. Hope the repair man comes and fixes it real soon darling. Gtg to sleep now. Good night and sweet dreams. Muackks! :-*

1st Day at Work

Hi Darling, I miss you so much.

The flight to Dubai wasn't very interesting. I didn't like it, plus it was 7 hours. Don't expect too much from MAS, unless you fly 1st Class where there is MORE leg room and BIGGER seats, and with it comes friendlier air-hostesses and not-too-scruffy looking people if you know what I mean. Yes, things back in M'sia are definately cheaper. Food here is extremely costly. Dubai is 4 hours behind M'sian time.

Uncle Alan and Aunty Rosalind are extremely nice to me and really making feel quite at home (but home is still the best). They tend to my every need! Yesterday, they took me around to almost ALL the Dubai shopping centres to look for Normal Saline water for rinsing my contact lenses. Its a silly thing that Dubai, which is supposed to have the best of this and the best of that, doesn't have SALINE WATER!!! I didn't bring any saline water because it was heavy and I thought I could get it just as easily as in KL, but who knew? All that we could find was saline solution for dripping! (used for in-bed patients at hospitals)

I learned Aunty Rosalind's spaghetti receipe and learned some microwave cooking as well on how to make potatoes in their jackets. Something new for me. Their house is SO clean. They clean as they go along. Uncle Alan drives a light brown Toyota Fortuner 4.0 V6 or a grey Fiat 1.8 Coupe, and Aunty Rosalind drives a nice dark green Jaguar X-type 2.5 to work. For now, I'm following Aunty Rosalind to her office to accomapny the construction manager, Mr. Mohammad Jameel, my boss, a very friendly Arab man, I didn't know he had so much power (since he was very humble) until I followed him to my first site meeting at one of the construction site offices, where he put his foot on everyone there. He and his colleagues wish all the best for me, they provided me a UNIQUE training structure for the 3 months I'm here. Normally, my friends who are doing their training back in KL just do ONE particular job, if its watching piles being driven into the ground everyday, that is what they will be doing for the next 3 months. For me, the site and construction engineers here want to expose me to almost EVERYTHING, from constructing bridges, to asphalt roads, buildings/structures, earthwork, design, etc etc... This really shows that they are very dedicated and sincere in a very professional way. So every 2 weeks I will be sent to different projects and get my hands dirty, e.g. bridges the first 2 weeks, then roads the next and so on. I will be here for 3 months = 4wk x 3 = 12 weeks. The people in the offices at this company are so friendly, which is one of the Code Of Conducts while working in this company. And it seems that most people in the office are aware that I'm Aunty Rosalind's nephew. I get a few peopleI never met whom are working there come up to me and say: "You're Roz's nephew right?".

This is the photo of the site meeting. My biggest boss (Mr. Mohammad Jameel) is wearing a yellow shirt sitting beside the ang mo in light blue. I have a few bosses or superiors.

There aren't many chinese around here. So far, I haven't any besides Aunty Rosalind and myself! But there are a lot of Indians, Sudanese, Pakistanis, Americans and lots of British and Phillipinos. Porsches, Range Rovers and Bentleys are suprisingly very common here. Honda Accords and Toyota Camry's here are like Proton Wiras and Perodua Myvy's.

So what am i doing here without you ? I had to do assignments, those pending one cuz i keep going with you during the semester break remember haha. Well I had coming up 2 tests the week after next week and of course exam on Nov. So now i need to rush those assignments, finish 'em up so i can have time to study cuz exam coming out. So dear you real result out yet ?

YEAH ! i checked my mail the other night, and i receive my concealer finally. I like it. It did a very good job on giving a good coverage. The seller also gave 6 BB cream sample that i want but actually i ask for different kind not that one.

Well thanks to you honey for helping me order it. I also will do a review on the concealer and the BB cream on video and will post it here.

Honey, as times goes by, you are leaving tomorrow already, OH NO i'm not be able to msg you like i always do since you are away in DUbai, I'm gonna miss you like crazy ! I already check my airtickets, and my flight is on 22 Thu 3pm ! I made mistake i thought it was on 7am in the morning. Obviously i wasnt sure. I just got that feelings that my flight is on 7am but actually not. Sorry honey, i didnt mean it.

I checked my parcel and it said it already reached KL pos office, and i hope that it will reach to me by tomorrow the latest. I had a great time with you today dear. You just being such a sweetheart everytime we go out. I really enjoy eating dinner with you, it was fun, i wish we can do that everyday...hehe. I am so happy that my makeup brushes are complete hehe, i have everything now hahahahah

Because he will be at Midvalley the whole day since his gf works there and is worried about eating alone while waiting for her to finish work (I wonder why he cant go back on his own 1st). So how do you like our blog ? i spend 2 hours editing the template and put our names on the header.... and i choose the name of amormior cuz its means my love in italy. sweet right ? i will let you know how to post here in the site.
